Guidelines on Food Hygiene
 
These documents provide a set of guidelines, which the operators of food establishments can implement to ensure that the food served to public is wholesome and safe to consume. The guidelines will help the operators to further educate their food handlers, uphold the hygiene standard of the food establishments, and prevent unpleasant and costly incidents involving food borne illnesses.
 
Persons not directly involved in the food business may also find the guidelines useful as they provide a valuable reference on good food hygiene practices.
